These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Making A Green Life by Lily (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide e-design services, including but not limited to:
- concept design
- layout suggestions
- mood boards
- furniture and material recommendations
- visualisations
All services are delivered digitally.
For product purchases made through our store (https://japandibymaglbl.com/), separate purchase terms apply at the point of sale.
2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree that:
- All measurements, dimensions, and information you provide are accurate
- All images, floor plans, and references are correct
- You will verify all dimensions before purchasing or installing any items
We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
3. Design Scope
Our services provide design guidance and visual concepts only.
We do not provide:
- architectural drawings
- structural engineering advice
- construction documentation
You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals where required.
4. Design Process
We use a combination of digital tools, visualisation methods, and creative techniques to develop and present design concepts.
All outputs are carefully reviewed and refined to align with the project requirements and overall design quality.
The specific tools and methods used may vary depending on the project.
5. Revisions
Each design package includes a limited number of revisions as specified at the time of purchase.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
6. Payments
- Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed
- For larger projects, a deposit structure may be agreed upon prior to commencement
- All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
- International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
7. Refund Policy
Due to the customised nature of our services:
- All e-design services are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If work has not yet started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion
8. Digital Deliverables
All deliverables are provided digitally. No physical products are included.
It is your responsibility to download and store files after delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, drawings, and materials remain the intellectual property of Making A Green Life by Lily.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only.
You may not:
- reproduce
- resell
- distribute
- use designs for commercial purposes
without prior written permission.
10. Product Recommendations
We may recommend furniture, materials, or products as part of the design.
We are not responsible for:
- product availability
- pricing changes
- quality or performance of third-party products
11. No Guarantee of Results
Design outcomes may vary depending on:
- execution
- materials used
- contractors
- installation
We do not guarantee that final results will match visualisations exactly.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- financial loss
- installation errors
- contractor performance
- misuse of design plans
13. Project Timelines
Project timelines depend on:
- client responsiveness
- completeness of information provided
Delays caused by missing or late information may affect delivery schedules.
14. Communication
All communication will be conducted via email or agreed platforms.
We aim to respond to all client communications within 1–3 working days.
We ask that clients also respond within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.
15. Cancellation and EU Consumer Rights
EU residents have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided work has not yet commenced.
If you request that work begins within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be forfeited once the service has started.
16. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, including photographs, floor plans, and personal details, as strictly confidential.
We will not share, publish, or display your project without your explicit written consent.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- communication becomes unmanageable
- these Terms are breached
In such cases, no refund will be issued for completed work.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The updated date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were last made.
