Typically it take 3-5 weeks for the whole design process from start to finish.
How can you re-design my property without seeing it or meeting in person?
My E-Design service allows me to work with you remotely, using detailed information you provide, such as questionnire, photos, measurements, and inspiration images. I’ll craft a custom design based on your input.
I’m not sure how to measure my space.
Don’t worry! I’ll guide you through the process. I provide clear, step-by-step instructions on how to measure your space accurately.
Will I be able to purchase the items directly?
Yes! Once you approve your design, I’ll provide a curated shopping list with links to purchase the items. You’ll be able to buy them directly from the recommended retailers at your convenience.
I am in a time crunch. Do you offer rush services?

Do you only design rooms in Japandi style or are you able to make other designs based on my preferences?

How much do you charge hourly?
We charge €100 per hour for my design services. However, many of my clients find that the structured E-Design packages I offer are a more efficient and cost-effective way to get a custom design without the hourly cost.
Do I need to be in the same location as you for E-Design to work??
Not at all! E-Design is perfect for clients from anywhere in the world. As long as you can send me photos, measurements, and inspiration, we can work together no matter where you are.
Can some of my existing furniture pieces be incorporated into the design plan?
Absolutely! I always aim to work with what you have where possible. If you have pieces you love or would like to keep, we can incorporate them into the new design to make your space both functional and stylish.
We have an open space, how can I purchase your design package?
If your open space exceeds 20 square meters, it will be considered as separate areas for design purposes. For example, if your living room and dining room are combined into one open space and the total area is over 20 square meters, you’ll need to purchase two design packages. This ensures each area gets the attention it deserves, and I can create a cohesive design that ties both spaces together beautifully.
What if I don’t like the Design Plan? Will my money be refunded?
We want you to love your space! If you're not happy with the design plan, we’ll work together to revise it until it feels just right. I offer up to two revisions to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the final plan.
Will you make changes to my plan if I don’t like something you’ve selected?
Yes, we provide two revisions as part of the design process. If something doesn’t work for you or needs tweaking, I’m happy to make the necessary adjustments to align the design with your vision.
Can I make additional revisions after the two included revisions?
Additional revisions can be made for a fee. If you feel you need more adjustments after the two included revisions, we can discuss the changes and I’ll provide a quote based on the scope of the work.
Once I have my plan, how am I able to ask follow-up questions?

Do you manage, supervise or communicate with the contractors on my behalf?
No. That is what makes E-Design services are more affordable compared to traditional interior design services. You will be responsible for implementing the design.
Do you offer a discount for multiple rooms?
Yes, we do offer a multi-room discount! When you purchase design packages for multiple rooms, we provide a discount to ensure you get the best possible value while still receiving high-quality, personalised design for each space.
