The Best Eco-Friendly Notebooks You Should Have

I have to confess. I am pretty old fashion. I like writing my thoughts or random stuff in the notebook rather than noting on the phone. But I always feel guilty that I am wasting papers and doing non-green. The other day when I went to a shop with a friend, I found a reusable notebook by Bambook. I got so excited and as soon as I came home I had to research Bambook. And I discovered that Bambook’s notebooks could help me to use a notebook without feeling guilty and maintaining green points! If you’re looking for a notebook that is eco-conscious and old-fashioned, you might want to consider these. I’m so excited to share this review with you. I inquired if the box was recycled, and they confirmed to me that the packaging is made of FSC certified cardboard and they make their own made-to-size packaging. I was relieved to know that they are doing their part to help the environment.

Bambook UX/UI Designbook

I’ve been trying to do my part to help the environment by going green as much as possible. And it’s easy to find eco-friendly products lately, but they’re usually not as stylish or functional as I expected. That’s why I genuinely like Bambook’s UX/UI Designbook. It’s a notebook designed specifically for designers like me—and it comes in a handy foldable cover so it’s easy to throw in my bag and take with me wherever I go! As you can be seen by my pictures, it has 5 different types of pages: to-do lists dotted mobile templates, dotted desktop templates, dotted browser/tablet templates and dotted pages. I thought I won’t use mobile, desktop or browser/tablet pages but ended up using it because it is one of the best things about this notebook that I can scan the page by their free app and can share easily with clients or social media. And the quality is incredible. I’ve been using to-do-list page in Bambook UX/UI Designbook as well when I work on an interior design project. I write down a to-do list for the project and tasks crossed off as I get to them throughout the project. And the end of the project, I wipe the page down and start again. It helps me stay organized because writing things down helps me organize my steps. And crossing them out incentivises me in a ‘simple joy’ kind of way! 

The pages are very smooth and easy to write on. I was not sure what materials they use, so I asked them about it. I’ve got a perfect answer. The pages are made of FSC certified paper with an eco friendly UV coating which making them fully erasable and reusable and the pages can be recycled with other paper. 

I can definitely say that Bambook notebook is a greener option since you can use it for your life. Non-reusable paper notebooks are not only a waste of trees, but they also require a lot of energy to produce. In addition, their production and disposal produce hazardous waste that pollutes the environment. On the other hand, 100% Bambook notebook is fully recyclable at the end of its life cycle. The Bambook is a notebook that saves trees. It’s a great option for anyone who wants to be more environmentally friendly and keep their penmanship intact.

So many great things about this compose Bambook: Firstly, I can make the perfect notebook for my life, whether I need something big enough to write down all my ideas for a project or just want something small enough to fit in my pocket. Secondly, I can choose the pages from 7 types of different pages that best suits for myself. And last but not least: they’ve got covers in all sorts of colours and patterns so that I can really express yourself through the notebook. So I’ve chose hardcover that made by bamboo, for pages: lined,dotted, and blank&lined. This Bambook is for more daily personal use for me. I love to take notes on the go, so I chose A5 size, which is perfect for carrying around in my purse or backpack. And what I really like about using this notebook as a daily notebook because they are so light weight. I used to carry big, heavy paper notebooks with me everywhere, but now I don’t have to worry about that anymore. It is the perfect size for carrying with me everywhere I go. This customisable reusable notebook comes with a black marker that’s refillable and has a felt tip so that I can write on it as much as I want. When I have small corrections, I use felt tip on the back of marker. When I need to erase whole pages, I use their eco-friendly cleaning cloth. I always carry a water bottle with me when I’m gping out, so I make sure it’s damp slightly before erasing so that it erase properly. If you are considering to get this notebook, I recommend to get also makerset. These markesr are made in Germany and consists of 39% recycled plastic and the ink in the marker is water based.

I’m becoming a big fan of this bambook. I love the way they look, and I love the way they feel. But most of all, I love the way they make me feel. They’re so easy to use, and I no longer feel guilty for not being green by writing random things in a notebook. 

Bambook Flashcards Deluxe Set

I get tried of flashcads by Bambook too. First thing first I love how they appear and there is nothing more great than I can study more efficiently while also being sustainable. I am just starting to learn Dutch and I write down words in Dutch to help me memorise them. I find it really rewarding when I can understand and communicate in a new language, and I’m excited to see how much my Dutch improves as I keep learning by using this flashcards. It comes with a marker, eco cleaning cloth and ring. Flashcards comes in 4 different colours. I really love the size of these flashcards. They are wide enough that I can write words in Dutch, English and Japanese on them. I think it’s great that they come in this size because it makes them really versatile and useful for learning.

My Thoughts on Review: Bambook Reusable Notebooks

I’m surprised by how helpful this reusable notebook is. The most useful part of this notebook is the digital access. I like the fact that I can scan in my notes, save them and then wipe the notebook clean with a damp cloth. It’s a good deal compared to buying and replacing notebooks every year or so. By using their eco-friendly notebook, you can be part of helping saving trees. If you’re eco-conscious and looking for a new office or school tool, this is a really solid option. Also  it can be a great gift for someone who is eco-conscious or not. I think it is important to be aware of the impact our actions have on the environment, and this is a small way to help make a difference.I hope you’ve enjoyed it.
